Priest urges parishioners not to leave valuables in church's grounds by Jack the Stroller

Fr. Paul Crosbie announced at 12 o'clock mass on Sunday 5th April to the congregation that at Saturday evening mass at 6pm a number of cars were broken into and valuables were taken from the cars in question. The thieves carried on and they also broke into several cars in the cathedral  grounds at 7pm, again stealing valuables. Westmeath Showcase would like to raise a few questions with the parish Council, the Bishop, or who ever is in charge of the grounds of the Cathedral.
1.
It's obvious the CCTV cameras erected in the cathedral grounds are only fixed at the pay points of the barriers to stop people from dodging paying the parking fee. Otherwise they would have caught the people who broke into the cars at the Cathedral. They're not really interest in protecting peoples cars, just the money. Why?
2.
Will the Parish pay for the damage caused to the cars and valuables taken from St.Paul's and the Cathedral?

New and exciting Kebab house & Traditional Creperie shop opens in Bishopgate's Street, Mullingar
by Jack the Stroller

Jack the Stroller was famished with the hunger during the week and was looking for a nice place to have a bite to eat. So he followed his nose where a lovely aroma swept down from Bishopgate Street to greet him. This shop has it all. Eva with her lovely welcoming smile and Ales ready to show the world and its mother how kebabs and Creperie (pancakes) should really be made. Ales Vojta and Eva Kornecka are from the Czech Republic and have decided to set up shop in the city of Mullingar. Upon entering the shop you can smell freshly ground coffee and kebab meat roasting on the grill.
Jack decided to go for a scrumptuous pancake with a layer of chocolate coated on it. Well the only thing I can say about this pancake is that it tasted like more. So Jack had another one. And washed it all down with  lovely freshly ground coffee. The shop does the following: Traditional Doner Chicken Kebab, Sweep Crepes (Giant Pancakes), Savoury Galettes (Pancakes With Kebab), Sandwiches, Rolls, Baguettes, Salads, Coffee to Go, Cappuccino and Latté
The shop also does Halal meat. This is also a first for Mullingar. We at Westmeath Showcase wish Ales and Eva the very best in their new shop.
This wonderful kebab house and traditional Creperie shop has
loads of special offers every day. And the food is great too.

And Finally..... just as you thought you didn't have to queue for your stamps by Jack the Stroller

It has been a bone of contention for quite a number of years with the average Joe in Mullingar. Queuing for ages in the post office in Dominick Street just for a few stamps. This is the second time that the bosses at An Post have put a stamp dispensing machine outside the main post office in Mullingar and it's the second time that it has failed to work.
The mind boggles. Can An Post do anything right? First they take away our sorting office, then they take away the Mullingar stamp and then they try and insult ordinary people of Mullingar with a machine that doesn't work. When will this madness stop!!!!
